When discussing the funeral arrangements we will conduct ourselves with the utmost respect and dignity as we understand how difficult and disorientating it can be to lose a close loved one. We will discuss your loved one and your requirements with respect and understanding to be sure we can provide the best send-off they deserve. If you have any special requirements, feel free to ask us at this time.
When we arrange the date and time to meet and discuss your loved ones wishes and any requirements you may have for the ceremony, we will later go away and begin preparing them for you. Although there will be time between the initial meeting to the day of the funeral, we would always recommend providing us with all requests and requirements in the initial meeting to avoid disappointment. We would always advise preparing what you have in mind for the ceremony before the meeting. However, we will always do our best to accommodate additional requests where possible.
